Sydney Grace Alton made her appearance at the Castleview Hospital Jan. 2 at 8:48 a.m. Casey and Heather Alton are the proud parents of the Emery County New Years Baby for the year 2003. Sydney weighed in at 7 lbs. 3oz. and was 20 inches long.
The family lives in Huntington and Sydney will be welcomed home by her big sister, Madisyn who is almost 2-years-old. The baby girl made her debut into the world one week early.
Sydney’s grandparents are Kelly and Cindy Alton of Orangeville and Becky and the late Brian Robertson of Huntington. Her great-grandmother is Virginia Anderson of Ivins. The new baby and her family will be the recipients of gifts from area merchants.
