Canyon View Junior High Girls Basketball Team is: Rachel Rasmussen, Chelsea Killian, Camille Fehlberg, Haylie Hansen, Eve Guymon, Davie Stokes, Tealee Sherman, Brandee Wilson, Ashley Rasmussen, Tracy Norton, Tiana Hansen, Mckenzie Fox and Meagan Pearson. Managers are Laura Cook, Kim Kay, Shylo Pearson and Nikki Gardner. Coaches are Eric Mortensen and Lee Moss. The Lady Cougars defeated both Helper and the San Rafael Bulldogs to win the tournament championship. They also won the league championship. The championship game between the Cougars and the Bulldogs was a barn burner going into double overtime, but the depth of the Cougars prevailed.
