Dear Editor,
We all have our yellow ribbons up and hang the flag in respect of the troops serving our country, fighting for our freedoms. But have any of you noticed the “E” on highway 29 north east of the high school? It is beautiful. If you haven’t seen it drive by and notice it. I appreciate the young people that painted it this year. Every time I drive by and see it, I think of our service men and women and say a prayer for them for their safety. I hope the group who painted the “E” this year are commended in some way.
