The 2003 Miss Cleveland Pageant was held on June 21 at Cleveland Town Hall.
The categories of Tiny Tot, Little Miss, Princess, Jr. Miss Cleveland and Miss Cleveland were separated by special performances by the 2002 royalty.
Contestants were: (Tiny Tot) Nicole Camille Huntsman, Briana Marie Rutherford, Erin Dee Anne Hurst, Aubrey Elouise Huntsman; (Little Miss) Ashlynn Allred, Rachel Leah Peterson, Brittany Christine Huntsman, Korrin Diana Olson; (Princess) D’Lee Gardner, Danyale Caleen Jensen; (Jr. Miss Cleveland) Allison Whitney Hansen, Sarah Jean Jensen; (Miss Cleveland) Heather Etta Elizabeth Hansen and Brayci Griffin.
