The traditional Emery County Chamber of Commerce lamb fry was held during the rodeo and fair and in conjunction with the 27th Annual Castle Valley pageant. Patrons from throughout the state and many youth and senior citizen groups attended the lamb fry and the fair and rodeo. The servers for the lamb fry included the youth councils from all of the communities. Various Chamber businesses helped cook and clean at the lamb fry.
