The video camera captures the image of the subject who may have taken money from the store.

On Oct. 23 at approximately 3:57 p.m. a call came in reporting a theft which occurred at the Arby’s Gas and Go in Green River. The store attendant called into the Emery County Sheriff’s Office and reported that someone had walked into the store and while no one was watching they had taken money from a safe in the back room and also from the cash register. He couldn’t offer a description of the subject who had taken the money as no one had seen it happen.
Deputy Garrett Conover, Sgt. Mitch Vetere, Deputy Jeff Newland and Det. Sgt. Robert Blackburn are investigating the crime. The top piece of evidence they are pursuing is the surveillance tape which had a picture of the subject who is believed to have commited the theft.
Anyone with information about this theft is encouraged to call the sheriff’s office at 435-381-2404 and ask for the detectives.
