Charlotte Pike
PRICE-Charlotte Wisniewski Pike, age 78, passed away peacefully April 29, 2007 in Price with her husband Bob by her side.
Born Aug. 21, 1928 in Kemmerer, Wyo., where she graduated from Superior High School in Wyoming in1946. During that same year her family moved to Price where she later began working for the Carbon School District.
On Aug. 21, 1948, she married Robert A. Pike in Las Vegas, Nev. and together they were the ideal couple, both respecting and loving one another for nearly 60 years. During this time they raised their son Bobby, and two wonderful grandchildren Cody and Danny, whom they loved unconditionally. Charlotte had a genuine concern for others, she always put others first and rarely complained about her own problems. She enjoyed the company of others and she was always ready for a good game of cards with her bridge club.
At a very young age her parents Basil and Isabella Dolores Citerio Wisniewski instilled in her and her sister Glorya, the value of loyalty, concern, and goodness towards others.
Charlotte was always well groomed, attractive and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survived by her dear husband, Bob; son, Bobby; grandchildren, Cody and Danny; sister, Glorya Eaquinta; aunts, Albina Wisniewski and Helen Hafner; and her best friend, Gemma Dooley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, nephew, Nicky Eaquinta; and brother-in-law, Dominic Eaquinta.
Memorial graveside service, Wed., May 2, 2007, 1 p.m. at the Price City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home.

Lois G. Jensen
HUNTINGTON-Lois G. Oviatt Jensen, age 83, passed away April 25, 2007, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born April 5, 1924 in Storrs, Utah to Dee and Lillian Irene Erickson Oviatt.
Married William J. Jensen April 6, 1942 in Cleveland, Utah. He died on Oct. 5, 1996.
Member of the LDS Church. Lois was a lifelong resident of Emery County.
Survived by her children, Billie Jean (Sonny) McCray, Boise Idaho; Ileen Loe, St. George, Utah; Irene (Lee) Fillmore, Huntington, Utah; Joe W. (JoAnn) Jensen, Price, Utah; Jim C. (Terry) Jensen, Spanish Fork, Utah; Lois K. (Kenny) Chan, Salt Lake City, Utah; 21 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, one brother and five sisters.
She was preceded in death by husband Bill, parents, two brothers, one sister and one great-grandson.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Castle Country Care Center and the very special staff who loved and took care of her in her final years.

Helen Olson Hanna
PRICE- Helen May Olson Hanna, the loving daughter of John Irwin Olson and Reva Watt, passed away Sat., April 28, 2007, at her home in Price, at the age of 92.
She was born Jan. 19, 1915 in Price and shortly after her birth the family moved to Sunnyside. When Helen was 18 months of age, her family moved to Victor to help her uncle on his new farm. The family moved into a tent where Helen’s sister Dora Mortensen was born. Due to the cold and Dora’s health, her father packed their meager belongings in a wagon and moved to Storrs, Utah, later renamed Spring Canyon, a coal mining town near Helper, Utah. Helen lived there until she was in the sixth grade at which time her family moved to their own farm in Miller Creek. Helen lived there until she met and married “the boy next door,” Jack Hanna. On July 28, 1933, she married John “Jack” Darwin Hanna in Price; Jack passed away on June 16, 1993.
Helen and Jack purchased a farm in Wellington and lived there 14 years. In 1957, they moved to Price, Utah, where Helen has resided for the last 50 years.
Jack and Helen raised four children, Harold (deceased), his wife Darla; Donald Blake, wife Myrna; Wayne L., wife Loretta; Carol, husband Duane; sister, Dora Mortensen; 27 loving grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 36 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack; son, Harold; two sisters, six brothers, and two granddaughters.
Helen loved nature and enjoyed her yard and garden. She spent many fulfilling hours each day in her yard and planned and color coordinated her planting each year. She was recognized by the State of Utah for beautification of her yard. Her family and friends enjoyed her talent and visited her often to see her flowers.
Helen will be laid to rest in the Price City Cemetery beside her loving husband, Jack, to whom she had been married for 61 years.
A graveside service, will be held, Fri., May 4, 2007, 11 a.m., in the Price City Cemetery. The family will gather at Mitchell Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6- 8 p.m. and Friday morning from 10-10:45 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home.
Weston W. Wyatt
PRICE-Sweet dreams our Wessy Angel, Weston William Wyatt passed away April 20, 2007 with his loving guardian “Baby” the blue healer by his side.
Our little monkey climbed into our hearts on April 29, 2005 in Price, Utah to Brian Corbin Wyatt and April Leann Jones, and his proud siblings Austin and Savanah.
Wessy loved dressing up in his red fireman suit and crawling up in his daddy’s arms to watch Curious George before bed. He was a true “cuddle bug” being rocked and held was his favorite past time and he would often say, “Grandma La La” as she rubbed his back and sang him to sleep. We will miss his heart warming smiles and bare feet.

Funeral services for Weston will be held on his birthday, Sun. April 29, 2007, 2 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home in Price. The family will gather at Mitchell’s Sunday one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Cliffview Cemetery immediately following the services.
In remembrance of Weston, the family asked that everyone attending the services please be dressed in Weston’s favorite colors red or blue. Please don’t allow the little one’s to wear black.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the Wyatt family at Zions Bank or the Eastern Utah Community Credit Union.
Eva Doreen Bardsley
OGDEN – Eva Doreen Bardsley, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2007, from complications following surgery, surrounded by her loving family. Doreen’s greatest love was her children and grandchildren. She loved cooking for her family, ward members and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Gerald Bardsley and a grandson Barry Rex Bardsley.
Doreen was born in Castle Dale, Utah on Jan.1, 1922, she married her sweetheart Robert on Oct.1, 1938, and they were later sealed on March 31, 1972 in the Ogden Temple.
Doreen is survived by her daughter, Judy Ann Hansen and Richard, Tooele, Utah, sons, Robert Jerome Bardsley and Barbara, Island Park, Idaho, and Thomas Gerald Bardsley and Linda, Garden City, Utah; 12 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Doreen is also survived by her brother Chad Anderson, Boise, Idaho, sister Valoy Cox, Castle Dale, Utah, sister Shanna Lea Bates, Sandy, Utah, sister Janone Richards, Phelan, Calif. and brother Jack Asay, Bluffdale, Utah.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, and a very active member of the LDS Church. She served for many months working in the Ogden Temple; she served many years in the Primary as a teacher, Primary President and Board Member. “She loved Primary.” She served an LDS Mission to Crown Point, N.M. as a missionary on the Indian Reservation.
She was an accomplished seamstress; she enjoyed making clothing for her family. She had a special love for animals, especially dogs.
She worked in the school lunch program, starting in 1955 in Price, Utah, after moving to Ogden she began working in schools in Ogden and later was promoted to lunch manager of Ogden High School, from where she retired.
Funeral services will be held on Fri., May 4, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Rock Cliff First Ward, 1000 Suncrest, in Ogden. Friends and family may call at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden on Thurs., May 3 from 6-8 p.m. and Friday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m.
Interment will be in Castle Dale, Utah.

Clelia Ariotti Nelson
HELPER-Clelia Ariotti Nelson, age 92, died April 24, 2007 in Fremont, Calif. of natural causes.
She was born Dec. 24, 1914 in Castle Gate, Utah to Rocco and Albina Giacoma-Rosa Ariotti.
Married Gale E. Nelson, July 3, 1938 in Price, Utah; he passed away on Dec. 24, 1960.
Clelia lived in Bingham Canyon, Utah from 1946-1952 and Fremont, Calif. from 2002-2007, but she was a resident of Carbon County for most of her life. Clelia was the last surviving charter member of Sorella Stella D’America Lodge # 31 of the Columbian Federation of the Italian-American Society. She is presently a member of the Stella D’America Helper Lodge # 77.
She is survived by her son, Gale R. Nelson, Fremont, Calif.; daughters, Sandra (Roger) Kohlman, Pocatello, Idaho, Linda Nelson, Price; brother, Richard (Kydo) Ariotti, Helper.
Preceded in death by her husband, sisters, Katie Etzel, Jennie Borla; brothers, Remo and Keno Ariotti; and a granddaughter, Holly Anne Fickel.
Funeral service, Mon. April 30, 2007, 1 p.m. Mitchell Funeral Home. Family was at Mitchell’s Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Monday one hour prior to service. Interment, Mountain View Cemetery, Helper.
