Elder Andrew Oyler
Elder Andrew Oyler has been called to serve in the Dominican Republic Santiago Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Elder Oyler is the son of Terry and Kris Bulkley of Price and Bart and Claudette Oyler of Tremonton. He will be entering the MTC in Provo on March 26. After three weeks in Provo, he will enter the MTC in the Domincan Republic for an additional six weeks.
