The family of Samuel and Barbara Leek announce the couple’s 50th wedding anniversary. Sam and Barb were married Aug. 2, 1958 in East Carbon. Sam and Barb have enjoyed spending their lives together in Scofield.
On Aug. 2, 2008, they are to be sealed for time and eternity in the Manti Temple.
They are the parents of Clint (Carrie) Leek, Debbie (Craig) Emmett, Cathy (Mark) Rudman, Chad (Stephanie) Leek, Carie (Brian) Jewkes, and Penie Leek. They have 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
An open house will be held in their honor at their home in Scofield on Aug. 9. All family and friends are welcome.
