EAGLE MOUNTAIN-Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, Misty May Eaquinta McKibben, age 37, passed away unexpectedly July 1, 2009 at her home.
She was born Aug. 27, 1971 in Price, Utah to Ronald Liddell and Evelyn Pendleton.
Married Robert McKibben Aug. 9, 1995 in Price.
Misty instilled a passionate love of music and creativity in her children and showed a caring compassion for her family and friends. Her family was her life and she always tried to be the best wife and mother that she could be. She loved to cook special meals, sing and tell funny stories about her life. Misty prided herself in her home and she had a great affection for animals, especially her dogs, Daisy and Terra.
She loved to learn new skills and never stopped trying to improve herself. She earned her associate’s degree while holding down a full time job and still caring for her family. Her laughter and keen sense of humor will be missed by all who loved her.
Survived by her husband, Robert McKibben, children, William, Jeremiah, and Jessica Brown, all of Eagle Mountain; parents, Evelyn Eaquinta, Pete Eaquinta, both of Helper, and Ronald Liddell; brother, Michael Eaquinta, Washington; sister, Wendy York, Idaho; grandmother, Gloria Eaquinta, Price; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Fran and Earl Snow, Orangeville.
Funeral service, Tuesday, July 7, 2009, 11 a.m. Mitchell Funeral Home, 233 East Main Street in Price. Family will be at Mitchell’s Tuesday one hour prior to service. Interment in Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
