WELLINGTON-Charles Vincent Bradshaw, age 83, returned to his Heavenly Home on Dec. 21, 2011, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Charles was born to Charles and Constance Bitton Bradshaw on Nov. 20, 1928, in Snoqualmie Falls, Wash. He met Phyllis Burnett in the second grade, and they were later married on May 19, 1948, in the Manti Temple. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 27 at the Wellington First/Fourth Ward building located at 47 North 100 East.
