HUNTINGTON – Madaline Grange Story, age 90, passed away Feb. 28, 2012 in Price. Madaline was born Sept. 5, 1921 in Huntington to Ernest James and Rose Ann Ramsay Grange. She married Calvin William Story Dec. 26, 1941 in Jacksonville, Fla. They were later sealed in the Manti LDS Temple.
Madaline graduated from North Emery High School. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed knitting, needlepoint, gardening, square dancing with her husband when they were younger, cooking, and trying new recipes. However, spending time with her family was what she enjoyed the most.
Madaline is survived by her children: Dwayne (Kristine) Story of Orangeville, and Coralie (Phil) Ouzts of Castle Dale; a daughter-in-law, LaVaun Story of Spanish Fork; a sister, Aileen Olson of Lawrenceville, Ga.; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin; a son, Gerald Calvin Story; seven sisters and one brother.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Huntington Stake Center (240 North Main). There was a viewing Saturday from 11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. prior to the services at the Stake Center. Interment was at 3:30 p.m. in the Price City Cemetery.
