EAST CARBON-Chad Starzel, age 34, passed away Aug. 4, 2012 in Wellington. He was born Aug. 20, 1977 in Price, Utah to Johnny Paul Jaramillo and Doris Starzel. Funeral services were held Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, 10 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family was at Mitchell’s Friday morning one hour prior to services. Interment, Price City Cemetery, Price.
