PRICE-Art Fogelberg, age 79, passed away on July 31, 2012 in Price, Utah. He was born on Nov. 13, 1932 in Mount Pleasant, Utah, to Frans Oscar and Clara Leotta Frazier Fogelberg. Art married Anita Grammer in Las Vegas, Nev. on Dec. 26, 1996, she passed away in July 2008.
Art was a member of the United Methodist Church. Art served his country in the U.S. Army. He learned the value of hard work at a young age, education was very important to him, he was the first member of his family to graduate from college and he received his PHD. He was a teacher for more than 40 years and taught in Utah and Arizona. Art was a member of the Masons and The Elks Lodge.
He is survived by his children: Brent Fogelberg, Heidi Fogelberg, both of Flagstaff, Ariz., Cheryl (Stuart) Billette of Portland, Ore., Don Fogelberg of Seattle, Wash., three grandchildren, and sister, Donna Sorensen of Ogden, Utah.
He is preceded in death by his wife Anita Fogelberg and two brothers and two sisters.
Memorial services were held on Saturday Aug. 4, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Price, with Reverend Les Huseby officiating from the Price United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends at 10 a.m. prior to the services at the mortuary.
