PRICE- Jesse William Blain was released from his suffering and taken home to his Heavenly Father on Oct. 31, 2012 following a surgery.
He was born Oct. 1, 1987 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Larry J. and Cathy J. Whetton Blain.
Funeral Service was Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, 10 a.m. Price third LDS ward (303 West 500 South, Price). Family received friends Sunday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main, Price) and Monday one hour prior to services at the church. Interment, Monday, 2:30 p.m. Spring City Cemetery (150 East Center Street, Spring City).
