EAST CARBON-Our loving wife, mother and grandmother, Julia Lopez Cisneros, age 90, passed away January 30, 2013.
She was born July 1, 1922 in Grand Junction, Colorado to Jose Pablo and Lonicia Sandoval Lopez.

As an active member of the Catholic Church, Julia served as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister and Sacristan for years. In 1986, she was honored as Good Shepherd Catholic Woman of the Year. Julia always made sure that the doors to the church were open and that everything was in order. Her dedication and devotion to her church provided great comfort to those she served. She always believed that when times were tough or things were lost, that a prayer to St. Anthony could make everything better. Over the years, many family members and friends could attest that her prayers were answered.
