PRICE-Retired United Mine Worker of America District # 22 President, Fred A. Lupo, passed away Feb. 22, 2013 while exploring in the great-outdoors. Fred was a lifelong resident of Carbon County who was born April 4, 1949 in Standardville, Utah. He was the son of Louie and Leola Richins Lupo. Memorial service, Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) Price. Family will be at Mitchell’s Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment, Mt.
