He was born Feb. 23, 1947 in Washington D.C. to William and Kathleen Bryan Wheeler. Funeral Mass Wednesday, April 3, 2013, 10 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church in Helper. Vigil Service Tuesday evening 7 p.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church. Family will be at the church Tuesday and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Committal service Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
