PRICE-Carl Frank Dees, Jr., passed away Sept. 28, 2013 in the presence of his loving wife Mary, just one day after his 64th birthday. He was born Sept. 27, 1949 in Price, Utah to Carl Frank Dees, Sr. and Charlotte Irene Murray. Per Carl’s wishes there will be no services and he will be cremated and his ashes scattered on the ranch.
