PRICE-Our loving husband, dad, brother, grandpa and longtime friend, James Ray Asay, passed away at his home in Price after just celebrating his 76th birthday. He was born Oct. 16, 1937 in Price, Utah to Jesse Juan and Caroline Feichko Asay.
Graveside services for Jim were held Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at the Huntington City Cemetery. Family was at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price Friday from 11:30-12:30 prior to graveside services.
