A scuba diving team recovered the body of a a drowning victim from Scofield Reservoir Sunday morning.
The victim’s name, age and address were not available.
Carbon County Public Safety Director Jason Llewelyn said the Sheriff’s Department was notified of a canoe accident at about 10 p.m. Saturday. The report was that three men were in the canoe when it capsized.
Two were able to swim to shore. The third did not make it.
