James W. Dickerson
PRICE – Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all who knew him, James Dickerson, 83, passed away peacefully at his home on Aug. 24, 2014. Born Sept. 19, 1930 to James Sr. and Ida Mae Dickerson in Allais, Kentucky. Married the love of his life, Alverta McClure, in Skygusty, West Virginia on Sept. 28, 1951. Served his country honorably in the 82nd Airborne during the Korean War. As per Jim’s wishes, a private family service will be held in his memory. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Jim’s name to the Miner’s Memorial Fund through Utah Power Credit Union or Active Re-entry and PERKIE Travel at 435-637-6950.
