On Sunday Nov. 2 at approximately noon, a Saturn passenger car driven by Taylor Johnson (age 19 female from Green River) was south bound on SR-191 near mile 151.5 (about 8 miles south of I-70). For an unknown reason, Johnson lost control of the car, which slid off the roadway and rolled multiple times. The car came to a rest on the passenger side. Johnson was not wearing her seat belt and was ejected as the car rolled. She impacted a large rock and was pronounced deceased on scene.
