HELPER-Virginia E. Tomsic Tasker, age 93, passed away Feb. 1, 2015 at home. She was born Nov. 3, 1921 in Farr, Colo. the daughter of Frank M. and Julia Papez Tomsic. Married John W. Tasker, March 8, 1947 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Helper. Her sweetheart preceded her in death on February 14, 1996.
Funeral Mass, Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015, 10 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church in Helper with the vigil service beginning at 9:30 a.m. Committal service, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper. In memory of Virginia the family suggests contributions to a charity of choice.
