SPRING GLEN – Wanda Melo Chubbuck passed away peacefully in her sleep while staying with her son in Siera Vista, Ariz. on Jan. 27, 2015. She was born May 19, 1931 in Rolapp, Utah to Theodore and Edna Sophia Davis Gentry.
Funeral Mass, Tuesday, February 3, 2015, 10 a.m. St. Anthony Catholic Church (5 South Main, Helper). Vigil service, Monday evening, 7 p.m. St. Anthony Catholic Church. Family received friends Monday and Tuesday at the church one hour prior to services. Committal, Price City Cemetery.
