Funeral Mass, Tuesday, April 7, 2015, 10 a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church, 210 North Carbon Ave, Price, Utah. Family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home Tuesday one hour prior to services. Committal service, Cliffview Cemetery, 2100 East 800 North, Price. The family will be greeting friends and relatives after the burial at the Notre Dame Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Notre Dame Catholic Church.
