Beehive Homes in Elmo has a new owner. Richard Nuffer recently purchased the Beehive Homes in Elmo and Price. Nuffer is from West Jordan, but his family is originally from Emery and Sanpete counties. He spentmany summers in Emery County and said Joe’s Valley is like a second home.
Nuffer graduated with a business degree from Westminster College. His career experience is in the oil and gas industry. He decided to purchase Beehive Homes because his job required too much travel and he wanted more time to spend with his family. Beehive Homes in Price and Elmo each have 16 beds. They are assisted living facilities.
Nuffer, his wife Summer, their three children Morgan, Kaleb and Lyncon plan to make the local area their home. They look forward to becoming part of the community.
