The MIss USU Eastern pageant winner was Celeste Smith. She will represent the college at the Miss Utah Pageant in June of 2016. Jasmin Andersen was the first attendant. Finalists included Alexandria Anderson who also won the Spirit of Miss USU Eastern Award. Mariah Fenton was also a finalist. Scholarship prizes included: a $1,000 scholarship for Miss USU Eastern, a $500 scholarship for the first attendant and two $250 scholarship awards for the finalists.
Ben Bjarnson was the emcee for the evening along with Danielle Parke the 2014 Miss USU Eastern.
