1921 – 2015
Phyllis Ward Hansen passed tranquilly away on the afternoon of December 29, 2015 in Salt Lake City. Phyllis was born March 30, 1921 in Richfield, Utah to Lydia Jensen and Benjamin Ward. In 1942, Phyllis married Leonard Dixon, who died in 1943 in WWII. After the end of the war, Phyllis married Kenneth F. Hansen, a veteran of WWII and the Korean War, and they had two daughters, Kathy Clark (Salt Lake City) and Kara Hansen-Suchy (Phoenix).
Services were held at Fausett Mortuary, (680 E. 100 S., Price Utah) Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at the Price City Cemetery entrusted to the care of Fausett Mortuary.
