PRICE, UTAH – Ruby Ann Bryner, age 67 passed away March 20, 2016. Ruby was born Feb. 1, 1949 to Leonard Jesse Powell and Clema Alice Coleman. She is survived by her son Rod (Angie) Norman of Garret, Pennsylvania, daughter Stacy Headley of Price, Utah, son Travis (Michelle) Price of Price, Utah. Grandchildren McKayla Headley, Jackson Shiew, Brittani, Billie and Desiree Norman, Cheyenne Adair, Debra Sacco and Wyatt Price. She is preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Clema, sister Joyce, oldest son Ron Norman, and her youngest son Troy Price. A memorial service will be held in honor of her memory for friends and family, and everyone will be notified of place and time.
