PRICE-Ruth Odena Erickson Jones Childs, age 88, passed away peacefully at home on April 1, 2016 while surrounded by her children. She was born Sept. 30, 1927 in Huntington, Utah to Eric and Kate Gardner Erickson. Married Robert Jay Jones, Dec. 7, 1946 in Elko, Nevada; he passed away October 18, 1975. On December 31, 1976, she married Sheldon Lee Childs in Elko, Nevada; he preceded her in death on May 22, 1999. Funeral service, Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where the family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
