Robert Oran (Bob) Shiner, age 89, died on April 10, 2016, in Jacksonville, Florida. R.O. Shiner was born on Dec. 28, 1926 in Richfield, Utah. He married Janet Stone in 1952, and the couple had two children together. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m., on July 12, 2016, at Price City Cemetery with a reception to follow.
