Emery girls tennis season winds down

Emery beat Carbon 3 matches to 2. 1st and 2nd singles won along with 1st doubles.
Emery tennis swept Millard in five matches on Tuesday tonight were swept by Manti on Thursday night. Aubyonna Migliori is playing first singles. Samantha Roberts second singles. Amanda Johansen third singles. Alyssa Hess and Teran Miller first doubles. Makiha and Kianna Pittman 2nd doubles. First singles lost to Manti in a tie breaker and first doubles lost 4-6; 4-6 in a very close match. Manti was second in state last year, so Emery is making progress.
In tennis Emery beat South Sevier 3-2. Winning in straight sets was 2nd singles Samantha Roberts. 3rd singles Amanda Johansen and 2nd Doubles Mikiah and Kiana pitman won their matches splitting sets and winning the third sets.
The tennis team dominated Gunnison. They won every varsity and JV match. Varsity winners were the Pittman sisters, Aubryanna Migliori, Samantha Roberts, Breanna Chamberlain, and in three sets, taking three hours and ten minutes Alyssa Hess and Teran Miller.
