Louise Margaret Chavez, 86, passed away in Price, Utah Oct. 19, 2016 following a lengthy illness. She was born on Aug. 19, 1930 in South Fork, Colorado to Plino and Nickie Salazar Gomez. She married Henry C. Chavez in Rifle, Colorado. A graveside service will be held in the Helper City Mountain View Cemetery on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016 at 11 a.m. Services are entrusted to Fausett Mortuary of Price.
