WELLINGTON- Jean R. Davis, age 90, passed away at home surrounded by her family on April 26, 2017. Jean was born in Price, Utah on November 12, 1926 to Reed Richens and Lucille Mortensen Richens. She married the love of her life, Devon Davis, on August 12, 1950 in Nevada.
