PRICE-Our beloved sister and friend, Dot Wagner Black, 66, passed away June 30, 2017 at her home in Price.
She was born May 9, 1951 in Price, Utah to Donald Miller and Phyllis Davis Wagner.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2017 2:00 p.m. in the Price City Cemetery.
