Audrey Susan Jones

Audrey Susan Jones, Ferron, Utah, 63 years old, moved on to a better place on Oct. 6, 2017 in Price, Utah. Audrey was born March 14, 1954 to Billie and Ray Davis.
Audrey married Kyle Jones and together they were blessed with one lovely daughter Melissa Fadra Lou Jones. Kyle and Audrey were later divorced. Audrey then married Phillip Jones on Oct. 3, 1997. Audrey enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters, Kylie Scoville Wilson and Maya Anderson.
Audrey was an avid learner of all things, her passion being astronomy, astrology and herbal care. She took joy in making astrological charts for all of her friends and family, charting the positions of the planets and stars on the day they were born. Audrey especially loved the outdoors, and was an explorer of the desert and the mountains. She worked for several years for the Manti La Sal Forest Service. Not only did she enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, she also created beautiful rock art and jewelry. Audrey loved beading, embroidery, and making her fun satin tops and matching capris. She had a very close relationship with her sister Robyn, who eventually moved to Ferron to be closer to Audrey. Audrey remained close to her immediate and extended family. She was a free spirit, loving all music, especially rock and roll. When she wasn’t out exploring nature or studying the moon and stars, Audrey was dancing. In addition to her many talents, she was a prolific writer. One of Audrey’s most famous writings and one she was most proud of, is entitled “101 Ways to Sneak Booze into a Concert”.
Audrey is survived by her granddaughters, Kylie (Preston) Wilson and Maya Anderson (Eric Fasselin), great grandchildren, Sage and Weston Wilson, sibling Robyn White, a nephew Victor, and many, many family and friends. Audrey is also survived by her two furry companions, Tabby Jack and Scarlett. She is preceded in death by her parents, Billie and Ray Davis, husband Phillip Jones, daughter Melissa Jones, brother Skeeter, and nephew Ricky Ricci.
A celebration of Audrey’s life will be held Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017 at the Old Huntington City Hall, 40 N Main Street at 1 p.m. Family and friends may sign the guestbook and share memories of Audrey at www.fausettmortuary.com.
