COLUMBIA- William “Bill” LeRoy Manchester, age 76, passed away Jan. 31, 2018 at Utah Valley Specialty Hospital in Provo.
He was born Aug. 9, 1941 in Price, Utah to Maurice and Ruth Bottorff Manchester.
Married Alberta Kimber in 1964 in Columbia, Utah.
Bill served honorably in the US Navy for six years.
He is survived by his wife, Alberta; sons, Gregg B. Manchester, Brigham City, Utah, Scott B. (Tracy) Manchester, Sunnyside, Utah.
Graveside service, Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, 11 a.m., Price City Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday evening at Mitchell Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. Arrangements were entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
