WELLINGTON-Our wonderful mother, Betty Jane Phillips Cook, age 86, left this earthly life on March 25, 2018 at her home in Wellington, Utah. Betty was born on June 27, 1931 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John Alexander and Elizabeth Helen Daugherty Phillips. She grew up in Hiawatha and Price. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 12 noon at the Wellington First Ward LDS Church at 50 North 100 East Wellington, Utah. Family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home Wednesday evening from 6 to 7 pm and at the church Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment, Wellington City Cemetery.
