June 3, 1950 – Sept. 10, 2018
PRICE – Peggy Ann Cowley White ‘Nana’ 68 of Price, Utah returned to her Heavenly Father and Eternal companion Rulon after a courageous bout with Cancer on Sept. 10, 2018.
She was born on June 3, 1950 in Price, Utah to Vaughn and Hazel Cowley of Wattis. 
Peggy married Rulon White on July 11, 1969. Their marriage was sealed in the Manti LDS Temple on Oct. 11, 1975.  They were blessed with three children.
Peggy was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held and enjoyed many church callings, especially her work in the Relief Society and the people she met there. She loved to travel with family and friends and make scrap books of their adventures. She loved her home and yard, and always wanted to improve it. She loved children and worked for Carbon School District for 43 years holding many positions, spending the last 22 years as Wellington Elementary Secretary. She was generous and kind always concerned about the needs of others. She spent her spare time serving family and friends. Peggy was strong, determined and cheerful through the trials of her life, and brought joy to the lives of those who knew her. 
She is survived by her children Racquel (Lane) Adams of Price, Shantelle (Matt) Cox of Lehi, Cody (Heather) White of Helper. Her Grandchildren, “The Perfect 10” Alexis, Dalton, Rylee and Brant Adams. Sydney, Stetson, Sadie and McCrae Cox. Shelby and Derrick White. Siblings, Roberta Stevenson of Mountain Home, Warren Cowley of Texas, Jeff Cowley of Helper. 
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ralph Redford, Duaine, Don, Gene, Ted and Danny Cowley and her loving husband Rulon.
Funeral service, Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, 11 a.m., Price Stake Center. Family will receive friends Thursday evening at Mitchell Funeral Home from 6-7 p.m. and at the Church Friday one hour prior to service. Interment, Price City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
