HELPER-On June 11, 1968, born to Ralph and Sandra Fossat, a daughter so great.
Kelly Fossat Santistevan Otani, mother, friend, confidant, and my great love, suddenly passed to hands up above.
Kelcy and Kamren, daughter and son, will hear her cheer with each rising sun.
Victor and Vikki, brother and sis, she is always in your hearts just reminisce.
Sept. 19, 2006, is the day we lost her tragically, it can’t be fixed.
What she leaves behind, is a legacy of love. Accomplishments many, but two stand above.
Mother, daughter, sister, my love, just know we all love you, as you watch from above. More than life itself.

Larry Milano
HELPER-Larry Dean Milano, age 69, passed away Sept. 19, 2006, peacefully at his home.
He was born Nov. 22, 1936 in Price, Utah to Pasquleno and Gladys Elberta Ross Milano.
Married Mary Lou Sherman on Nov. 30, 1957 in Spring Glen; she died June 28, 2000.
He was an active member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Larry enjoyed working in his yard.
Survived by his two sons; Terry Milano, Spring Glen; Dennis (Ann) Milano, Helper; eight grandchildren, Jenaye Milano, Spring Glen; Shanell Milano, Terry Milano, Austin Milano, Wyoming; April Milano, Nichole Milano, Jesse Milano, Darren Milano, all of Helper; five sisters and one brother, Lee (Betty) Milano, Las Vegas, Nev.; Wanda Woody, Salt Lake City; Nataline Brackus and Blaine, Salt Lake City; Betty (Merrill) Jones; Carbonville; Irene Cripps, Price; Larue (Wally) Llewelyn, Las Vegas, Nev.; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and a community of friends. Preceded in death by parents, son Karl; sister Helen; brother Dwane.

Victor Miera
CLEVELAND- Victor Leon Miera, you left us too soon. But now you can be the “wizard” you were always meant to be.
Victor was very special with his unique dreams and on Sept. 18, 2006, he decided to reach for the stars and move on to a new life.
Victor was born May 27, 1992 in Payson, Utah to Samuel Victor and Rebecca Campbell Miera.
Survived by his parents, Sam (Melanie) Miera, Cleveland; mother, Rebecca Campbell, Spanish Fork; four sisters and two brothers, Carmen and Anna Miera, both of Spanish Fork; Tyler, Mina, Russel and Sarah Miera, all of Cleveland; grandparents, Sam (Mary) Miera, of St. George, and Julia Campbell, of Salt Lake City.
A celebration of Victor’s life will be held Wed., Sept. 27, 2006, 4 p.m., at the Cleveland LDS Ward Chapel, located at 350 West 100 North in Cleveland, Utah. In lieu of flowers the family encourages contributions in Victor’s memory to the Yellow Ribbon Program, www.yellowribbon.org. Funeral arrangements under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home.
Robert DeGiulio
SUNNYSIDE- Robert Allen DeGiulio, age 58, died Sept. 20, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nev.
Born Nov. 16, 1947 in Dragerton, Utah to Nick and Maria Sbrana DeGiulio.
Robert was a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church. He was a longtime resident of Sunnyside where he was a former employee of Kaiser Steel. He was also a member of the United Mine Workers of America. Robert honorably served his country in the US Navy. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, especially his family and many longtime friends.
Survived by his parents, Nick (Maria) DeGiulio, Sunnyside; sons, John DeGiulio, West Valley; Jacon DeGiulio, Grand Junction, Colo.; brother, Jerry DeGiulio, West Valley; and four loving grandchildren.
Funeral Mass, Tues., Sept. 26, 11 a.m., Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Vigil service, Tuesday morning 10:30 a.m. at the church in East Carbon. Committal service, Cliffview Cemetery, Price. Under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home.
John Craven
PRICE- Loving husband, father and friend to all who knew him, John Arthur Craven was relieved from his earthly limitations on Sept. 23, 2006 to join family and friends who went before him into his Father’s heavenly arms.
Born Aug. 23, 1927 in Provo to Ken and Grace Bowen Craven. Moved to Price in February of 1951. Married Rose Oliveto June 21, 1952. For the next 54 years John was an icon and fixture in Carbon County owning first “Johnny’s 66′, Mendenhall Auto Parts and then Craven’s NAPA Auto Parts before retiring in 2001. He was a lifetime supporter of the Jaycees, honorary life member of the Elks, the College of Eastern Utah and numerous other civic and community organizations always working to make Carbon County a better place to raise a family.
Small in stature, but huge in heart John was known throughout Price for his quick wit, friendly smile and generous manor, almost as much as for his occasional off-color jokes which he loved so much. His passing will leave a hole in the very fabric of this small and close-knit community. He will be missed by all that love him, and forgotten by none who met him.
During his illness John often said “I don’t want anyone to cry when I’m gone. Just have a party and tell jokes to remember me.” That is what those of us left behind ask of you!
John is survived by his wife Rose Oliveto Craven; three children, Arthur John and Vickie Craven; Louis Kenneth Craven; Jayceen and Brad Walker; nine grandchildren, Cory, Ryan, Ann Marie, David, Cristy, Louis, Cozette, Sierra and Savannah; and a community of friends.
Funeral Mass, Thurs., Sept. 28, 2006, 10 a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church. Vigil Service, Wednesday evening 7 p.m. Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell’s Wednesday and Thursday one hour prior to service. Interment, Price City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Notre Dame Building Fund, 160 North Carbon Avenue, Price, Utah 84501.

Donald R. Anderson
TUCSON, ARIZ.-Donald Ray Anderson passed away Sept. 19, 2006 at his home in Tucson, Ariz. He was 83.
He was born Aug. 21, 1923 in Young Hickory Township, Ill., the son of Rhorderfer and Carrie Masher Anderson. He married Martha Poulos July, 3, 1950 in Salt Lake City. She died June 23, 2002.
He was a devout member of the Victory Assembly of God Church in Tucson. He served in the military during World War II.
He lived for many years in Pleasanton, Calif. where he was a State Farm Insurance agent. He retired to Tucson in 1987 where he and Martha enjoyed playing golf until her death in 2003.
