Benjamin Shaha


Dennis and Debi Blackburn of Price announce the marriage of their daughter Marinda Blackburn to Benjamin James Shaha, son of Patrick and Nancy Shaha of Lansing, Kan.
Marinda graduated from Brigham Young University in history and French teaching, and has most recently been teaching in Las Vegas, Nev. She served a LDS mission to Brussels, Belgium.
Benjamin graduated from BYU in civil and environmental engineering and served a LDS mission to Venezuela. He is a captain in the US Army and is currently serving in Iraq.
The couple will be married July 18 in the Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temple. They will be honored at a garden reception at the Blackburn home on July 15 from 6-8 p.m.
The couple will reside in Clarksville, Tenn.

Doug and Patricia Jensen of Beaverton, Ore., formerly of Ferron, announce the marriage of their daughter Amanda Leigh to Shaun Cameron Duke, son of Hugh and LaNeen Duke of Clear Lake, Minn, formerly of St. Helens, Ore., on July 20 in the Salt Lake Temple.
A family dinner will be held in their honor that evening at the Alpine Country Club in Highland.
Grandparents of the bride are Ted and Joyce Jensen of Price, and Bill and Virginia Slane of Wellington.
Shaun graduated from St. Helens High School in 2000 and served in the California Los Angeles Spanish speaking mission. Amanda graduated from Westview High School in Beaverton, Ore. in 2004. Amanda and Shaun plan to live in Provo where both will continue their education at Utah Valley State College in Orem.
