Editor,
Last Wednesday after the garbage was picked up, my husband went out to bring the can in. He is nearly 84 years old and a semi-invalid. He somehow lost his balance, fell and was not able to get up. I was not able to help him, so I came in the house to phone our son. He was not home, so I called Keith’s brother who lives nearby. Just as he answered, I saw the high school bus stop out here and six or seven boys jump off. They had Keith up and on his feet in nothing flat.
We didn’t get their names, but we will always be grateful for their caring, consideration and their help. If these young men are typical of the rest of Emery High School then the future of our country is in good hands.
