The Green River Community Center hosted a spaghetti dinner for the bikers for Habitat for Humanity recently. The group passed through Green River on their trip through the United States volunteering at Habitat houses across the nation and raising funds for Habitat for Humanity. Christine Monroe and Joni Pace from the center volunteered to cook and sponsor the dinner. Community volunteers were on hand to serve the dinner and Green River Mayor Glen Johnson met with the visitors and welcomed them to Green River.
