A baseball camp was held on March 29 for girls and boys who wanted to improve their baseball skills. Shaun and Kris Bell arranged for Coaches Norris, Frank, Burrows, Jeremy and AJ to come and help the athletes in different areas of the game of baseball. Teri Bennett helped with pitching and other areas associated with softball. Areas that were focused on were infield, outfield, running, batting and pitching. Lunch was provided for the players and everyone had the opportunity to work with the coaches on an individual basis.
This is the third year that the Bell’s have organized this baseball camp. They have enjoyed organizing this camp and helping the young people improve their baseball and softball skills. Plans are already in the works for next year’s camp to be held around the first part of April in 2009.
