In the Emery Town Council story last week it said quoting Council member Patrick Sundstrom “In some instances people buy the 10 acres and put a home on two acres and deed the rest back to the farmer.” It should have read “People are going in and buying 10 acres of ground from the farmers and they’re deeding them the water from the other eight acres. They’re building a house and deeding the water back to the farmers.”
The Emery County Progress regrets any confusion this may have caused.
