Elder Lake


Elder Stuart Lake has accepted a call from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to serve a mission in the Connecticut Hartford Mission.
Elder Lake will speak in sacrament meeting in the Castle Dale Second Ward on June 16 at 9 a.m. He will enter the Missionary Training Center on June 19.
Elder Lake is the son of Kerry and Elaine Lake of Castle Dale. He is the grandson of Naoima Oman, Bert Oman and Geneva Lake.

Sister Labrum


Sister Nancy Labrum has been called to serve a mission in the Indiana Indianapolis mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She will enter the Missionary Training Center on June 19.
Sister Labrum will be speaking in the Orangeville Second Ward on June 16 at 9 a.m.
Sister Labrum is the daughter of Garth and Lori Labrum. Her grandparents are Rue and Carol Ware.

Elder Pollastro


Elder Carson Pollastro has accepted a call to serve in the Argentina, Buenos Aires South mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is the son of Carl and Vicki Pollastro.
There will be an open house on June 15 from 5-8 p.m. at the Pollastro residence, 2465 North 2650 West in Helper. Elder Pollastro’s missionary farewell meeting will be on June 16 at the Helper LDS Stake Center, 150 Ridgeway in Helper, beginning at 9 a.m.
Elder Pollastro will enter the Missionary Training Center in Provo on June 26.

Elder Fowler


Elder Chad DeWayne Fowler has accepted a call to serve in the Mexico Culiacan Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He is the son of DeWayne and Maryella Fowler and the grandson of John and Hester Fowler and Lula McNally all of Huntington.
Elder Fowler and his family spoke at the Huntington 1st Ward on June 9. Elder Fowler will enter the Missionary Training Center on June 12.

Sister Jones


Sister Mindee Viola Jones has been called to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Alaska Anchorage Mission.
Her farewell will be June 16 at 9 a.m. at the Huntington Stake Center, 215 North Main.
Sister Jones is the daughter of Derk and Julie Jones and the granddaughter of Blake and Wilda Jones and Orson and Karren Justice. She is the great granddaughter of Esther Justice, and Viola Palmer and the late Paul Palmer, all of Huntington.
Sister Jones welcomes all family and friends to share this occassion with her.
