News from around the county: Cleveland

By TINA OLIVER Staff Write

The Cleveland Town Council is looking into getting a new public safety building. They have been working with a company called Boss Engineering and Surveying. The company develops designs, helps find funding and oversees the construction of the project. They have given the council a few leads on funding and have also developed a few different floor plans for the council to consider. The council will be discussing the new public safety building again at their next town meeting on Dec. 9 at 7 p.m.
The council has also formed a planning and zoning committee. The committee members are: Bryan Christensen, Brink Griffin, Patti Hansen, Tracey Randall, and Jeramiah Jensen. They will be going through the current town ordinances and making suggestions to the council of any changes that need to be made.
