Emery Telcom Video, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Emery Telcom is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive asset purchase agreement to the cable television systems of Precis Communications, LLC that are located in Carbon County (Price, Helper, Wellington), East Carbon, Sunnyside, Emery County (Castle Dale, Huntington, Orangeville, Ferron), Grand County (Moab), and San Juan County (Monticello and Blanding), Utah.
Precis Communication, LLC has historically provided cable television to subscribers. The acquisition by Emery Telcom Video, LLC will enable Emery Telcom Video to upgrade the Precis facilities and provide enhanced video and broadband offerings within its service areas. The acquisition will also allow Emery Telcom to expand its marketing opportunities within the video and telecommunications industries.
