Four contestants to compete for Little Miss Emery County at the fair on Thursday

Madison Draper
Madison Draper is the 7-year old daughter of Cindy Draper, and the late Kip Draper, of Orangeville. She was born on Aug. 31, 2001. Madison is the youngest of five children, her older brothers and sister are Ryan, Whitney, Tappan, and Kaden. Madison attends Cottonwood Elementary and will be in the third grade. Her favorite subjects are math, science and reading. She also enjoys cutting and coloring pictures at school. Madison enjoys dancing and doing crafts. Madison loves shoes and loves to shop especially for shoes.
Madison has blonde hair and blue eyes. Her favorite color is pink. Her favorite food is mom’s casserole. When she grows up she would like to be a veterinarian and help animals. Madison will be performing a dance.
She would like to be Little Miss Emery because “she thinks it will be fun to represent Emery County.” Both of her grandparents were born and raised in this county. She likes to help others and be their friend. She thinks Emery County is a great place to live.
Cambrie Morgan Bennett
Cambrie Morgan Bennett is the 8-year old daughter of Cameron and Amanda Bennett of Ferron. She was born on July 18, 2001.She has two sisters Makenna and Breelyn and a brother Keagan. Cambrie attends Ferron Elementary and will be in the third grade. Her favorite subjects in school are science and art. She also enjoys P.E. and music.
Cambrie is the 2008 7-8 year old Peach Blossom Queen, she was also the 2008 second grade representative in the school geography bee. Cambrie enjoys playing the piano, singing, dancing, studying animals, and writing stories.
Cambrie has blonde hair and blue eyes. Her favorite color is blue. Her favorite food is brownies. When she grows up she would like to ride horses bareback and be a veterinarian. Cambrie will be singing “This is Me” from the Disney movie “Camp Rock.”
Cambrie would like to be Litte Miss Emery County because “she enjoys performing in front of people. She likes where we live and thinks there are a lot of nice people around here.
Aspen Hansen
Aspen Hansen is the 5-year old daughter of Hank and Tifnie Hansen of Huntington. She was born on Oct. 23, 2003.
She will be attending Huntington Elementary as a kindergartner this fall. Aspen’s favorite subject in school is math. She also enjoys playing with her friends at school.
Aspen is proud to have graduated from preschool this past spring and is excited to be the reigning 2009 Little Miss Heritage Days.
Aspen loves racing her 4-wheeler, being in cheerleading, and camping and this year she caught her first fish.
Aspen has brown hair and brown eyes. Her favorite colors are blue and red. Her favorite food is waffles. When she grows up she would like to be a doctor and help animals.
Aspen will be performing a scene from the motion picture “Annie” titled “It’s a Hard Knock Life!” She would like to be Little Miss Emery because “she loves showing people her talent and getting all dressed up.”
Jazlynn Jade Richarz
Jazlynn Jade Richarz is the 6-year old daughter of John and Heather Richarz of Ferron. She was born on May 20, 2003. She has two brothers Mitch and Tray.
Jazlynn attends Ferron Elementary and will be in the first grade. Her favorite subject is reading. She also enjoys drawing and playing with friends.
Jazlynn is a member of a competition cheer squad and her team has placed first at two competitions. She has received medals and ribbons and is the 2008 Miss Peach Blossom Queen. Jazlynn enjoys cheerleading, fishing, camping, and catching crawdads.
Jazylnn has blonde hair and blue eyes. Her favorite color is green. Her favorite foods are tacos and nachos. When she grows up she would like to be a model and a dancer and help kids that need our help everywhere.
Jazlynn will be performing a mix of dance and cheer to the song “Bossy”.
Jazlynn would like to be Little Miss Emery County because it will give her confidence and help her learn. She wants to show that anybody can do it and no matter what she will keep on trying and never give up.
